WINTER PARK, Fla. – A 21-year-old Rollins College student was arrested Wednesday after a rifle and ammunition were found in his bedroom on school property, according to the Winter Park Police Department.

Constantine Demetriades was taken into custody and faces a charge of possession of a firearm on school property.

According to an arrest affidavit, the school’s assistant campus safety director told officers that Demetriades purchased ammunition online that was to be delivered to him at Rollins College. A search was then conducted on Demetriades’ unit, which had two bedrooms occupied by himself and three other students.
