Bhopal: Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath on Thursday held discussions at his residence with state Congress spokesperson and representative Sheharyar Khan, who presented a proposal aimed at strengthening social initiatives through voluntary organisations, particularly in the Chhindwara Lok Sabha constituency.
Khan outlined a model project focused on empowering youth and women by enhancing economic and social opportunities. The plan also emphasises increasing farmers’ income through food processing, modern agricultural practices, and improved market linkages.
According to sources, Nath took keen interest in the proposal and discussed ways it could be implemented effectively to benefit rural communities.
