SOUTH WILLIAMSON, Ky. (WYMT) - A Pike County man was arrested Wednesday, charged with stalking and indecent exposure in connection to an incident involving a minor.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Department arrested Joseph Newcomb, 33, serving an arrest warrant in connection to an incident investigators say took place May 1 at McDonald’s in South Williamson.

“At approximately 11:30, the male juvenile victim states that Newcomb followed him into the South Williamson McDonald’s and masturbated in his presence, with his penis exposed, when the victim exited a restroom stall,” said the warrant. “Newcomb then followed the juvenile around the store.”

Newcomb was found driving in the South Williamson area when arrested. He was taken to the Pike County Detention Center, charged with indecent exposur
