Police are looking for suspects after a pair of pedestrians were hit in separate hit-and-run crashes on Tuesday.
In the first incident, police say that shortly before 1:30 p.m. officers responded to a crash on Reginald Street near Ford Boulevard, which is not far from Thompson Park, where a person was walking when he was hit by a red pickup truck that did not stop following the impact.
The truck is believed to be a red Dodge Ram or Ford F-150, but no further suspect or vehicle details are available.
Later Tuesday evening, officers responded to a second pedestrian hit-and-run at Wyandotte and Wellington Avenue. Police say the pedestrian was walking in the crosswalk just after 7 p.m. when she was hit by a car turning left onto Wyandotte Street West. The impact caused her to fall, and the
