Sparkling event illuminating city park most of month
Sparkling Surprise is back to light up the Surprise Community Park from the first night of this weekend’s Surprise Party through Dec. 28.
The park will transform into a winter wonderland with what the city promised are more lights than previous holidays.
People can stroll through the lit up park from 5:30 to 10 p.m. each night at 15960 N. Bullard Ave.
This year’s light celebration will include two new additions, Farm Land and Liberty Lane, which celebrates America’s 250th birthday in July.
Polar Land, Under the Sea, Magical Forest and Toyland will be back this year.
“Each land offers new surprises, glowing photo ops and endless holiday cheer for the whole family,” city officials wrote in a news release.
