Elm Springs man charged with murder remains unfit to stand trial six years later

FAYETTEVILLE -- An Elm Springs man charged with murder more than six years ago remains mentally unfit to stand trial in Washington County Circuit Court, but the case will remain open as the state continues restoration of fitness efforts, according to prosecutors.
