Leanne Wilson set up an OnlyFans account , where she advertised she would send out her underwear to subscribers and as well as other paid services, including the "ability to control her vibrator remotely". Under the alias "Sophie Palmer", the former teacher uploaded sexually explicit photographs and videos of herself and had sexual interactions with subscribers.

Wilson's online persona was uncovered by a member of staff at Holbrook School for Autism in May 2023, who took screens
