The sprawling Hamptons estate owned by Alec Baldwin is back on the market for a noticeable price increase.
The Emmy Award winner has relisted his Amagansett mansion for $21 million , about $2 million more than he was seeking last year, according to Mansion Global.
Baldwin, 67, has been trying to sell the property — described as “boring” and compared to “mayonnaise” by comedian Dan Mahboubian Rosen — for more than three years.
The five-bedroom beach getaway was first listed for $29 million in November 2022. It was later taken off the market then relisted for $19 million, before being taken off the market again in July 2024.
