The suspect accused of killing a father of three during a dispute over a scooter and graffiti in Shrewsbury in August has been indicted by a grand jury on several counts, including murder, the Worcester County District Attorney’s office announced Thursday.

Snehal A. Srivastava, 26 was indicted on one charge of murder, one count of intimidation of a witness, one count of possession of a firearm not at home or at work and one count of vandalism, according to the District Attorney’s office.

Srivastava was arraigned in Worcester County Superior Court on Thursday on the four counts and was held without bail, the District Attorney’s office announced. The case is next scheduled for January 8, 2026, according to the office.
