MANHATTAN, Kan. (KCTV) - K-State legend Collin Klein will be the football program’s next head football coach, as announced by Athletics Director Gene Taylor on Thursday night.
Klein, who will be K-State’s 36th head football coach, was a Heisman Trophy finalist in 2012 with the Wildcats and is a member of the program’s Ring of Honor. He is now in his 12th year of coaching, nine of which were spent at K-State.
