WASHINGTON - Concord Township will receive $3.75 million in federal funding to construct a new fire station, U.S. Rep. Dave Joyce announced Thursday.
The funding, secured in spending legislation that ended a 43-day government shutdown, will replace the township’s aging Station 2, which has served the community for more than 65 years.
