FORT SMITH, Ark. — A former Fort Smith doctor arrested on rape and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) charges has been sentenced to 110 years in prison.

Ladaryl M. Lankford, 46, pleaded guilty to five counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of introducing a controlled substance into the body of another for a sex offense earlier this week.

This comes just days ahead of a jury trial scheduled for Dec. 8.

After pleading guilty, Lankford was sentenced to a total of 110 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Additionally, he received a 15-year suspended sentence.

Additionally, Lankford pled guilty to possession of CSAM and video voyeurism, which carries a 26-year sentence combined that will be served alongside the initial 110-year sentence.
