HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow/ KWTX ) - A U.S. Army gynecologist who used to work at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu is now in a county jail in Belton, Texas.

Maj. Blaine McGraw, an OB-GYN doctor, is being sued by 55 anonymous patients, with plans to add 15 more, amid accusations that he secretly recorded his patients.

The lawsuit also alleges that McGraw inappropriately touched his patients, made crude remarks, and performed unnecessary procedures.

One alleged victim includes a patient from Tripler, where McGraw was an intern and resident OB-GYN from 2019 to 2023.

His attorney said the accusations are exaggerated.

Army officials said an investigation was initiated on Oct. 17 at Fort Hood, where McGraw worked at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center.
