HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A woman has suffered multiple life-threatening injuries after a pedestrian crash in Waimalu Thursday.
The crash happened at around 9:20 p.m. near the intersection of Moanalua Road and Ualo Street near Pearlridge Center.
Emergency Medical Service said they co-responded to a 64-year-old woman who was apparently hit by a vehicle and suffered multiple life-threatening injuries.
EMS said they administered advanced life support and took her to the hospital in critical condition for further treatment.
Officials have closed Moanalua Road between Kaonohi Street and Ualo Street, and the public is asked to avoid the area.
Hawaii News Now has reached out to the Honolulu Police Department and is awaiting a response.
