LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - We’ve got another chance for rain on the way as we head into our Friday morning and early afternoon as our next wave of energy moves in.
Showers won’t be as heavy as what we saw back on our Thursday, but they will impact our temperatures as they keep us much cooler through the second half of the day.
Highs will be held in check as most locations will only be back into the upper 40s to lower 50s with a nice northerly wind that will continue to bring the chill.
Rain chances will continue to slowly diminish through the evening and into the overnight hours as our front pushes more so to the south and east.
Heading into Saturday, we are looking at a cloudy start with some areas of mist and drizzle, but we should see some clearing into the afternoon and evening.
