UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio --

Domestic violence: Summerfield Road

At 2:10 a.m. Nov. 10, police and fire department personnel responded to a residence in the 14400 block of Summerfield Road on a report of a 16-year old male who was not feeling well.

Upon arrival, the juvenile stated that he was fine and did not need to be evaluated by UHFD. As units were clearing, however, the boy’s mother told EMS that her son had assaulted her.

Police spoke with both parties and after investigation arrested the boy for domestic violence. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the detective bureau.

At 12:10 a.m. Nov. 11, police responded to the Cleveland Heights Post Office at Severance Circle to meet CHPD officers.
