CALDWELL W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, on Nov. 29, an officer was dispatched to a call for domestic violence in the vicinity of Caldwell. The criminal complaint stated that the caller reported hearing the accused, later identified as Garrett Feury, tell the victim he was going to put his hands around his neck. The caller said Fuery sounded angry when he made the comment.
When the officer arrived on the scene, he spoke with the victim, who allegedly said that Feury had been “acting crazy” since he went into his bedroom with his girlfriend. The victim also reportedly said the girlfriend had been living with them. He also allegedly told the officer that Feury wasn’t supposed to be around the girlfriend.
