GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, on Dec. 6, at around 10 p.m., an officer received a call from a fellow officer regarding indecent exposure and intoxication. The incident reportedly took place at a local gas station.
According to the criminal complaint, the officer advised the responding unit that the incident had taken place when he was on a prisoner transport and stopped for fuel. The witnessing officer advised Greenbrier County 911 and requested a BOLO (Be On The Lookout) on a gray Toyota. Not long afterward, the responding officer reportedly said he believed he had located the vehicle at a different gas station.
