AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - More than 27 pounds of methamphetamine was found during a drug bust in Augusta, according to law enforcement.

Around 2:07 p.m. Wednesday, Richmond County deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Fairington Drive in south Augusta near Hephzibah.

At the home, deputies located and arrested 34-year-old Robert Seymore Jr. and 32-year-old Qwintera Martin.

Vernon Frails, Fredricus Green, Cleveland McBride and Donald Searson are also facing charges in connection with the investigation, according to the sheriff’s office.

During the search, deputies said they located multiple narcotics in several rooms inside the home.
