Syracuse, N.Y. — The Christian Brothers Academy football team will be playing for its third straight Class AA state championship against Section II’s Saratoga Springs at 6 p.m. on Saturday at the JMA Wireless Dome.
This is the fourth state championship appearance for CBA in five years. The Brothers won the 2021, 2023 and 2024 state championships.
Being such a regular fixture in the state’s top game is a credit to the culture and program building at CBA, but it also takes talented athletes to make it happen.
Both the Brothers and Blue Streaks have their fair share of standout athletes who will take the field this weekend.
The Brothers (12-0) have three running backs with at least 585 rushing yards each and three receivers with more than 400 receiving yards each.
