A mum has issued a heart-wrenching plea to give her baby girl a "second chance at life" just months after a failed stem cell transfer. Dolcie-Mae Edwards-Raymond was diagnosed with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, or HLH, a rare and life-threatening blood disorder, at just one month old.
The family launched an appeal to find a stem cell donor which was backed by Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon. Dolcie, of Newport, received the transplant in March, but the one-year-old needs a new donor after it failed.
Mum Courtney Jade Edwards, 22, is pleading a to save her baby girl and give her a "second chance at life". She said her baby was now preparing for another transplan
