HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - On December 5, 2017, Pikeville, Kentucky attorney Eric C. Conn was returned to the United States after running away from authorities to Honduras.

Conn had already been found guilty of a social security scam, as he conspired to get people who didn’t qualify for disability social security payments they were not entitled to.

Between the scam and fleeing to another country, Conn ended up with a sentence of nearly 30 years in prison.
