Fayetteville city attorney warns of possible chaos after short-term rental ordinance approval delay

FAYETTEVILLE -- Another no-vote on the short-term rental ordinance's emergency clause next week could lead to chaos, the city attorney said following this week's vote to finalize the ordinance after four years of work.
