A man has been arrested after a bulldozer was driven into a village pub and a parked car flattened, with police suggesting it was a "targeted" incident.
Pictures show the bulldozer had ploughed through the building's portico before police swarmed the scene and closed the road outside. The flattened car was unoccupied.
Officers first received reports of the incident at the New Inn pub in Hirwuan, South Wales, at 8.45pm on Thursday (December 4).
A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "We have reason to believe that this incident may have been targeted rather than random, and we are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding it.
