ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WITN) - Police have made an arrest in the murder of a Rocky Mount teenager that happened last night.

Andre Brinkley has been charged with first degree murder.

Police say 19-year-old Quan’Drevion Perkins was found shot to death around 6:00 p.m. in the 1100 block of Pinehurst Drive.

The 25-year-old Brinkley is being held in the Edgecombe County jail without bond.
