James Sweat is a recovery manager for Connecticut Community for Addiction Recover or CCAR , and his journey is one many people in recovery can relate to.
“I'm living proof that you can go through substance use disorder, you can go through homelessness, you can have a criminal history, and you can make a bunch of mistakes in life and get it together.” Said Sweat.
