WALLINGFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - A man has died after a head-on collision in Wallingford on Thursday evening.

The man was identified as Jason Miller, age 38.

The crash happened around 6:27 p.m. on Grieb Rd. between Leigus Rd. and Fairlawn Dr.

According to police, Miller was driving a Saab when he collided head-on with a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Police said Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Jeep was brought to the hospital for evaluation.

Officials are investigating what caused the crash.
