Despite IndiGo Airlines cancelling over 1,000 flights and struggling with operational disruptions resulting in delays, the air carrier has not stopped bookings, which forces one to give a thought: how? Not in terms of service, but it has also hiked ticket charges manifold on the routes where it has already announced flight cancellations.
The reason behind the continuation of ticket bookings is that the airline has not grounded its entire aircraft and it has not cancelled all 2,200 domestic and international flights, NDTV said in a report.
The airline was massively hit by schedule disruption, which led to the cancellation of over 1,000 flights on December 5, including all domestic flights from Delhi.
