A mum who lost her husband to drowning was determined to 'create a legacy' for their children and prevent further tragedies 'in his memory'.
Shane Walsh died in September 2017 following a night out with friends in Shrewsbury.
He fell over a small wall on his way home and was propelled forward into the River Severn.

The father-of-two went into cold water shock and was unable to shout for help, or move his arms and legs to save himself.
His body was recovered from the river three days later.
Since losing Shane, his wife Kirsty has campaigned to raise awareness of water safety.
