GRAND FORKS — A Greenbush, Minnesota, man pleaded not guilty Friday, Dec. 5, to drug crimes he was charged with in Grand Forks County after a traffic stop.
Matthew Evan Kujava, 46, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of his most severe charge, Class A felony possession of at least 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
Kujava is also charged with two Class C felonies: MDMA possession and unlawful possession of schedule I, II or III drug paraphernalia. He also was cited for two infractions, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
