SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Centenary College is kicking off the holiday season with its annual Christmas Candlelight Service Friday night (Dec. 5) at 6 p.m.

The service will be held at Brown Chapel on the Centenary campus. The theme for service is “Peace on Earth, and Goodwill to All.”

Organizers said there has been some recent violence and hardships, and they want to highlight unity, peace, and love in the Shreveport community, especially during the holiday season.

The service will feature the Centenary College Choir and Camerata.
