BROWNSVILLE — The mother of missing 11-year-old Jacob Pritchett continues to refuse to disclose her son’s whereabouts, invoking her Fifth Amendment rights in Family Court on Thursday in response to questioning from a judge, reports the New York Daily News . Jacqueline Pritchett, 50, jailed since October on a civil contempt warrant, has repeatedly denied Jacob exists, despite the city having produced his birth certificate, which lists her as the mother.

Judge Dawn Orsatti warned Pritchett she will remain in custody until she cooperates.
