Pedestrian struck by car near East Texas primary school; no students involved

SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas — An adult was hit by a car in front of an East Texas primary school Friday afternoon.

According to Sulphur Springs ISD, the pedestrian was hit by the vehicle on Mockingbird Lane in front of Bowie Primary.

No students or staff of the school district were involved in this crash, the school district said.
