Louise (Baron) Monroe, 80, of Cumberland, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, in the Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She was the lifelong friend and spouse of the late Walter J. Kent Jr. and mother of Jordan P. Monroe of New York, and Melanie K. Depointe of Cumberland and two grandchildren; Brandon M. Langlois, and Auden L. Depointe. One sister Christina Broughton and her husband Stafford along with one niece and one nephew.

Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Viateur and Alice (Machowski) Baron. She was a lifelong resident of Cumberland.

She was self-employed as a title examiner, working for various real estate law firms in the area.
