PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said a motorcyclist was injured after a crash on Charles Street on Friday.

The motorcyclist suffered an injury to their leg and was transported to the hospital.

The department said the injury did not appear to be life-threatening.

The incident was under investigation.
