CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A person is in the hospital after a shooting was reported in northeast Charlotte late Friday night.

Medic said it happened around 9 p.m. along Orcard Trace Lane, off of North Tryon Street. The victim was transported with life-threatening injuries.
