So when Thursday’s game ended in a 57-51 win over San Marcos at the Bryan Ayer Classic in Lompoc, coach Theresa Kendrick saw plenty of benefits.

“This game was really good for us,” Kendrick said. “We just need to be more patient with our offense. We get a little bit spastic sometimes when there is a lot of pressure.”
