SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - For the fifth time since South Dakota State and Montana were both division one FCS teams, the Jackrabbits and Grizzlies will meet in the playoffs.

This is the third consecutive year the two teams have met in the post-season.

SDSU taking the cake in 2023 and 2024.

Head Coach Dan Jackson reflected on the first FCS Playoffs matchup from 2009 where Montana beat South Dakota State in Missoula.
