Jammu/Srinagar, Dec 6: IndiGo on Saturday resumed nine of its 11 flights from Jammu Airport but cancelled seven from Srinagar as nationwide pilot-rostering disruptions continued to derail operations.
The partial revival at Jammu brought relief to passengers stranded after repeated cancellations, while eight flights — seven of them IndiGo — were grounded at Srinagar International Airport.
Officials said IndiGo had been scheduled to operate 36 flights to and from Srinagar — 18 arrivals and 18 departures — but seven incoming and seven outgoing services were cancelled due to rostering issues. One more flight operated by another airline was also suspended. Further details are awaited, they said.
