Police said the double-storey house, valued at Rs 2305244 and constructed on 6 marlas of land under Survey No. 1169 min in Hermain, belongs to Mohd Rafiq Ganie. The accused has been booked in multiple NDPS cases, including FIR No. 26/2020 at Police Station Shopian and FIR No. 85/2022 at Police Station Heerpora.

Officials said the property was identified as having been acquired from money generated through the illegal sale of drugs. The attachment was carried out in the presence of a police team, an Executive Magistrate,
