After months of non-stop angry political posts, Mrs. Goertzen of Taber accidentally shared an inspirational scripture verse on Facebook this morning.

“Oba, how did Philippians 4:6-7 get in there!” yelled Mrs. Goertzen. “I guess when you’re posting 20-30 angry posts per day, it’s hard to pay attention.”

While most of Mrs. Goertzen’s friends had long since unfollowed her, the few who remained reacted with thumbs ups and loves.

“Where were all these people when I was posting my political memes!” yelled Goertzen. “Oh, sure, they’ll come here for God’s Word, but where are they when I need their support to upend the political system by the sharing of memes!”
