Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday clarified that the social media posts circulating about the JKPSC examination are misleading, stating that the file received by Lok Bhavan on December 2 pertained only to age relaxation.

He said it promptly returned the file same day with a query on logistical feasibility of conducting the exam on December 7 after modifying eligibility criteria.

Sharing on Social media X platform, LG office worte: “Social media posts with regard to JKPSC exam are misleading. Lok Bhavan had received the file on 2nd Dec, 2025 which was categorically related to Age Relaxation only.
