A former Pentagon official said that US President Donald Trump deserves a “Nobel Prize for bringing India and Russia together." Speaking on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to India, Michael Rubin said, “it is seen as Trump’s gross incompetence" by the majority of US people. The ex-Pentagon official’s jibe at Trump came as Putin concluded his two-day visit to India.
