IndiGo continued to face severe operational disruptions for the fifth consecutive day Saturday, cancelling more than 400 flights across major airports. The large-scale cancellations came just a day after the airline managed to secure temporary relaxations in the second phase of the court-mandated crew duty and rest regulations.

IndiGo asked to refund

The Ministry of Civil Aviation Saturday directed IndiGo to complete ticket refunds by Sunday evening and ensure delivery of misplaced baggage within the next 48 hours. The ministry warned that delays or non-compliance would attract immediate regulatory action.
