Chief Proctor of Kashmir University, Professor Imtiyaz, confirmed the development and said bear movement has been reported in and around the university campus for the last few days. He said students have been clearly instructed to stop walking through the Naseem Bagh area, particularly during night hours, to avoid any untoward incident.
