SRINAGAR : Amid widespread flight disruptions affecting thousands of passengers, the Civil Aviation Ministry on Saturday issued strict directions to IndiGo, asking the airline to complete all pending ticket refunds for cancelled flights by Sunday evening and ensure that stranded baggage is delivered to passengers within 48 hours. The intervention comes a day after IndiGo cancelled over 1,000 flights, leading to massive travel chaos for the fifth consecutive day. On Saturday alone, more than 800 flights were cancelled across major airports, leaving passengers frustrated and demanding accountability.
