On Saturday at 8:43 a.m. a dense fog advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until noon for Jackson County.
The weather service says to expect, "Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog."
"Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous," describes the weather service. "If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you."
