Plans to convert stables in Darlington into homes have been submitted.

Details reveal that an application for the conversion of equestrian stables at Brickyard Farm, Hurworth Moor, Darlington, has been filed by Mr. T. Lee.

The application aims to transform the Neasham Road stables into three houses.

New homes on the land are set to gain eight parking spaces, according to plans.

Planning documents show the site is currently built from brick and tile.

Mr. Lee's application follows advice from the local planning authority and includes numerous assessments.
