Wire fraud; theft: Kersdale Road

A resident reported Dec. 1 that she’d noticed an unauthorized $3,500 wire transfer from her Chase bank account to a bank in China. She said she contacted Chase fraud investigations unit and it did not appear they would reimburse her at this time.

Police added that the banks in China were not responding to subpoenas for records of transactions.

Disturbance, domestic dispute: Cedar Road

A resident called police around 7:30 p.m. Nov. 27 saying that her live-in boyfriend would not allow her to leave the residence -- at least in the car they were sharing at the time.

She said to prevent her from leaving during the Thanksgiving Day argument, he kept closing the garage door every time she opened it.
