A major fire broke out in a godown at Lakdawala Bazaar in Nagpada on Saturday evening. Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) officials rushed to the site, and fire-fighting operations were immediately initiated. Civic officials confirmed that no injuries were reported in the incident.
According to the BMC's Disaster Management Cell, the fire erupted around 7:40 pm in a ground-plus-one-storey godown at Lakdawala Bazaar, located behind Raj Oil Mill in Nagpada. The blaze originated on the first floor and spread across an estimated 3,000–3,500 sq ft area.
